DMCA Policy for Easy Christmas Tree Cake

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content, which was removed or access to which was disabled, is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a Counter-Notification containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:
- Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Include the following statement in the body of the Notice: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
- Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
- State that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district where your address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Easy Christmas Tree Cake may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.
- Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.
